How do I order on Uva Wine Shop?

After being shipped, orders will normally take the following time to be delivered to you: - between 24 and 72 hours on mainland Portugal; - between 3 and 4 working days to mainland Spain; - between 5 and 7 working days to Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, France, Austria, Italy, Denmark and Poland; - between 7 and 9 days to the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Sweden; - between 8 and 10 days to Finland.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on Uva Wine Shop are processed and shipped after receipt of payment. Normally orders are shipped within one working day after receipt of payment in our system.

What are the payment methods accepted by Uva Wine Shop?

The payment methods accepted by Uva Wine Shop are the following: Multibanco and MB Way (only in Portugal); bank transfer; credit card; and Paypal. Note: if you are paying by Multibanco, the order should be paid in full within 24 hours, or it will be cancelled.

Yes, all prices shown include VAT at the current legal applicable rate in Portugal.

Am I charged delivery charges?

On mainland Portugal, on orders over €50 we deliver for free in 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. To Spain, we deliver for free orders over €100. And to the remaining countries, we deliver for free orders over €150. In order to obtain free shipping, you should register yourself in Uva Wine Shop. Please note that free shipping is not available for clients who work for either Sogevinus or ABANCA. Below these amounts, you can find out the delivery charges following the next steps: 1 - Add any products you wish to buy to your shopping basket; 2 - Fill in the delivery address; 3 - Press "Calculate delivery cost".

Uva Wine Shop will do everything in its power so that all orders to our customers are delivered in perfect condition. However, we kindly ask you to check that all items are in perfect conditions as soon as you receive the order.
