How do I place an order at Uva Wine Shop?
You can place an order by following these steps:
1st – Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart;
2nd – Complete your order by filling in the required fields;
3rd – Make the payment. Once it has been received in our system, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Note: Orders placed in the online shop will only be processed after payment has been cleared.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In general, after shipping, delivery times are as follows:
• 48 to 96 hours in Mainland Portugal;
• Between 3 and 4 business days in Mainland Spain;
• Between 4 and 6 business days to France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria;
• Between 8 and 14 business days to the United Kingdom (only 6 bottles can be shipped at a time);
• Between 5 and 9 business days to Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia;
• Between 6 and 11 business days to Finland, Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria;
• Between 11 and 15 business days to the Republic of Ireland (only 6 bottles can be shipped at a time);
• Between 4 and 5 weeks to the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed at Uva Wine Shop are processed and shipped after payment has been cleared. Generally, shipments are made within one business day after payment is received in our system.

Note: If you choose to pay via Multibanco, the payment must be made within 24 hours; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Can I pay cash on delivery for my order?
No. Uva Wine Shop only accepts the payment methods mentioned above.
Do the prices shown on the website include VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices already include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Do I have to pay shipping costs to receive my order?
For Mainland Portugal, we offer free delivery on orders over €50. For Spain, delivery is free on orders over €100, and for other countries, on orders over €150. For the United States, this offer is not available.
To benefit from free delivery, you must register in the Uva Wine Shop customer area. Note: Free shipping is not available for Kopke Group/ABANCA employees.
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will apply. You can calculate them by following these steps:
1st – Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart;
2nd – Go to the shopping cart under “View and edit Cart”;
3rd – Fill in the fields in our “Estimate Shipping” tool with the country, city, and postal code of the delivery address;
4th – Select the “Shipping” option to calculate the shipping cost.
